Route: Operational excellence and new Takeaway Kitchen buildings
Co-founder Eytan Nahmiyas: “We've had a fast start since June. We're managing a multifaceted operation. Such a high volume of work brings with it operational equations that need to be addressed. With the investments we've received, we aim to strengthen our operations and software base while also increasing the number of our buildings.”
350 packages are delivered per day
Most of the restaurants under Paket Mutfak are just starting out. However, the Ataşehir branch already manages a daily delivery operation of 350 packages. Paket Mutfak anticipates that these numbers will rise rapidly as new restaurants join the group, restaurant awareness increases, and the weather cools.
