Paket Mutfak Raises $3.8 Million

With a model developed specifically for delivery, Paket Mutfak offers customers a fast, high-quality and consistent dining experience. The company has raised $3.8 million to accelerate its growth, bringing its total funding to $12.3 million.

The latest round, which raised $3.8 million, marks another step in the company’s expansion, taking cumulative funding to $12.3 million. The financing brought in additional capital from returning investors such as Nokta Yatırım Holding, Ünlü & Co and Fırat İşbecer, while welcoming new investors including Ali Sabancı, Sip & Bite GSYF, Robert Baler and Corsini Global.

In an industry where delivery is growing rapidly but service quality has not been standardized to the same extent, Paket Mutfak offers a solution through a model that places operations at its core. Designed entirely around the delivery experience, the company operates a multi-brand system that delivers speed, quality and consistency at scale, making good food reliably accessible every day.

Paket Mutfak currently operates 16 brands across 16 locations in Istanbul. It manages millions of annual orders from all major food delivery platforms through its proprietary operational infrastructure, positioning itself as a scalable, delivery-only platform.

The newly raised capital will be used to strengthen Paket Mutfak’s technological infrastructure and improve customer experience. The company’s initial focus will be on developing its own ordering application and deepening its delivery-specific technological solutions. The investment will also support the expansion of its brand and branch network, as well as making its supply chain more flexible.

“The biggest challenge in the delivery sector is maintaining consistent quality,” said Tali Şalhon, Co-Founder and CEO of Paket Mutfak.

“We address this by focusing on operational excellence. Continuously improving our systems allows us to deliver the same high standard with every order. This investment is a critical step toward scaling our quality-driven model.”

Eytan Nahmiyas, Co-Founder and CSO, said the company aims to develop its own application to better manage the customer experience.

“By building a platform that enables us to oversee the entire process, from order placement to post-delivery, we aim to offer an experience that sets us apart in the sector. In the coming period, we will focus on strengthening our technological infrastructure and turning this vision into reality.”

Paket Mutfak plans to continue expanding while maintaining its focus on operational excellence in delivery.
