A key player in the ghost kitchen sector since its launch in 2019, Paket Mutfak raised $2.7 million in a new investment round, bringing its total funding to $8.5 million.
Existing investors, including Fırat İşbecer, Nokta Yatırım Holding, Ünlü & Co GSYF, Ersan Öztürk and İbrahim Romano participated in the round once again, while new angel investors such as Eren Bahadır, İzzet Nommaz, and Ömer Üstünel also came on board.
Paket Mutfak, known for delivering satisfying and delicious meals through its carefully crafted delivery-only menus, currently operates 15 branches and 10 food brands across Istanbul, handling over 130.000 deliveries per month.
Co-founder and CEO of Paket Mutfak, Tali Şalhon, expressed his excitement about the new investment: “Delivery has been a part of our lives for years, but it has never been efficient or well developed. At Paket Mutfak, we’re changing that by consistently offering high-quality meals at scale. This investment is a major milestone that will help us accelerate our growth and move forward with confidence. We’re thrilled about what’s to come.”
Co-founder and CPO Eytan Nahmiyas shared their plans for the future: “Over the next 3 years, our goal is to expand to 100 branches, increase the number of brands we offer, and diversify our product range. With this investment, we’ll continue to enhance the systems that allow us to manage our operations remotely and support our expansion.”
Paket Mutfak is aiming to build the largest ghost kitchen network in Turkey. With this latest round of funding, the company is making significant strides toward its goal of reaching 100 branches. The investment will be used not only to expand its branch network, but also to strengthen its technology infrastructure and enhance customer experience. Additionally, Paket Mutfak plans to broaden its product offerings and explore new revenue streams as part of its continued growth strategy.
The company is focused on expanding its footprint while pioneering transformative innovations set to shape the future of the ghost kitchen space.
