The new initiative Paket.ai, aims to develop AI-driven software solutions for efficient last-mile delivery.

Founded in 2019 by Tali Şalhon and Eytan Nahmiyas with a mission to build systems that make good food accessible, Paket Mutfak currently receives over 2500 orders per day with 1 production facility, 9 active branches, and 8 food brands. Utilizing its strong operational and technological infrastructure, Paket Mutfak aims to reach 25 branches in Istanbul in the near future.

The startup has developed software to streamline its internal operations since day one and is planning to strengthen its technological investments through Paket.ai.

Established in the TÜBİTAK Marmara Teknokent, Paket.ai is dedicated to alleviating operational complexities in fast last-mile delivery and prioritizing data analysis to offer insights to enterprises.

Paket Mutfak’s CEO Tali Şalhon stated, "We believe in the strength and potential of our software, which has played a significant role in maintaining our food brands at the top ratings on ordering platforms. With Paket.ai, we’re aiming to expand the usage areas of our in-house technology.

CPO of Paket Mutfak Eytan Nahmiyas added, "With our tight-knit team and operation-tested software, we aim to usher in a new era in last-mile delivery operations. We will continue this journey by collaborating with key players in the industry. Teaming up with Yandex Maps marks an important step towards this mission, with more to be unveiled soon."

Paket.ai aims to reveal the details of its products by 2025.
