Route Operational excellence and new Package Kitchen buildings
Co-founder Eytan Nahmiyas: “We have had a fast start since June. We manage a multi-faceted operation. Such a high volume of business brings with it operational equations that need to be solved. With the investments we have received, we want to increase the number of our buildings while strengthening our operation and software base.”
350 packages are delivered per day
Most of the restaurants within Paket Mutfak have only recently started their operations. However, the Ataşehir branch already manages an operation where 350 packages are delivered daily. Paket Mutfak predicts that these numbers will rise rapidly as new restaurants join their ranks, restaurants become better known and the weather gets colder.
