Turkey’s leading cloud kitchen initiative, Paket Mutfak, received an investment of $1.5 million. Important names such as Ünlü Portfolio Management R&D GSYF, Commencis Founding Partner Fırat İşbecer, STFA Group Board Member Sezai Taşkent and Ünlü & Co Board Member İbrahim Romano participated in the tour led by Nokta Yatırım Holding. While the majority of existing investors of Paket Mutfak also took part in the investment round, names such as 500 Emerging Europe Partner Enis Hulli, TikTak Founder Ersan Öztürk and Kıraç Gayrimenkul Group showed their confidence in the potential of the initiative by increasing their shares.
Creating and operating delivery-focused restaurant brands, Paket Mutfak is Turkey’s largest cloud kitchen network with 8 active branches. The initiative, which started its operations 3 years ago, aims to cover Istanbul with 20 new branches by the end of 2024 and expand its product options by adding 4 new brands to its 6 active brands. Paket Mutfak currently receives over 1,600 orders per day from ordering platforms such as Yemeksepeti, Trendyol Yemek and Getir Yemek.

In the near future, Paket Mutfak plans to continue to grow its prominent brands through franchise models, as well as strengthening its existing turnover.
